3. Plans, Payments, and Refunds
- Standard licenses are available for 7, 30, 90, and 365 days. A trial period of up to 1 day may also be offered.
- Available payment methods depend on the connected payment providers and are shown during checkout.
- Automatic renewal does not apply unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Refund conditions:
- A refund request may be submitted within 14 days of the first purchase.
- Refunds apply only to licenses with a term of 30 days or longer.
- The 7-day plan is non-refundable.
- The refund method depends on the payment provider used. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds may be issued in USDT (TRC20).
4. Trial License
- A trial license may be provided once per device or account.
- We may deny trial access in cases of abuse.
5. Multiple Devices
- One license is intended for one device by default unless otherwise stated at purchase.
- Using the product on multiple devices requires the appropriate license scope or support approval.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with applicable law, third-party rights, and the rules of any platform where you use the software output.
Prohibited use:
- bypassing lawful copyright protection measures;
- creating malicious, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content;
- distributing material that infringes third-party rights;
- spam, deception, or any other illegal activity.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted availability, or any specific commercial outcome.
- The maximum liability of 360° Uniquizer is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant license.
8. Support and Updates
- We may release updates and change product functionality.
- Support is provided through the communication channels listed on the website.
9. Suspension of Access
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or in cases of fraud, chargebacks, hacking attempts, or any other abuse of the service.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights to the code, interface, design, algorithms, documentation, and the 360° Uniquizer brand belong to the rights holder.
11. Changes to the Terms
